A seasoned broker since 1989, Adam Betta is not only a respected real estate professional but also a dedicated father, author, and sports enthusiast. A 4th-generation San Francisco native, Adam began his real estate career after earning his license in 1987. He initially specialized in buying and selling residential properties in San Francisco before moving to Piedmont to raise his family. In 1998, Adam founded The Highland Group, a property management and leasing company, before joining The Grubb Company as a Broker Associate. To further expand his expertise, Adam spent time in the mortgage industry, honing his understanding of lending-a critical component of the real estate market.

 

In 2009, amidst the challenges of the recession, Adam partnered with Debbi DiMaggio and Heidi Marchesotti to launch Highland Partners, where he brought his multifaceted expertise to clients navigating an ever-changing market. After 12 years, the firm merged with Corcoran, where Adam continues to excel, overseeing 80 agents and serving as a key member of the CIP Leadership Team.

Adam attributes much of his success to his economics degree from the University of San Francisco, which gives him a strategic edge in negotiations. His deep understanding of rental property management, leasing laws, and complex loan programs allows him to provide comprehensive guidance to his clients. Whether helping clients increase the value of their homes or income properties or explaining intricate loan details, Adam's meticulous work ethic, enthusiasm, patience, and negotiation skills have made him a go-to resource for clients and referrals alike.
