After receiving his real estate license in 1987, this 4th generation San Francisco native worked with buyers and sellers of residential properties in SF before moving to Piedmont to start his family.In 1998, Adam started 'The Highland Group,’ Property Management + Leasing, before joining The Grubb Co as a Broker Associate. Adam stepped over to the mortgage side of the business in order to sharpen his knowledge of the lending industry. A return to brokering with Highland Partners with more to give to his clients while faced with rapid changes in the real estate/lending market. Due to his training and immersion into the many facets of real estate, Adam is able to offer more to each of his clients. In 2009, in the height of the recession, he, Debbi and their partner Heidi Marchesotti launched Highland Partners, and after 12 years they merged with Corcoran where he continues to sell, oversee 80 agents, and is part of the CIP Leadership Team.Adam credits his degree in economics from the USF for helping him find the right leverage in negotiations on behalf of his clients. His knowledge of rental property and leasing laws also make him well suited to advise clients in increasing the value of their income properties and homes. His experience in lending also helps his clients to understand the sometimes complicated loan programs. His meticulous worth ethic, enthusiasm, patience and skillful negotiation have made him a favorite resource for current clients and referrals.
After receiving his real estate license in 1986, this fourth generation San Francisco native worked with buyers and sellers of residential properties in San Francisco. In 1998, Adam created and managed a property management and leasing company called The Highland Group, which partnered with The Grubb Company. Two years later in 2000, he became fully associated with The Grubb Company as a broker associate representing both buyers and sellers. Adam stepped over to the mortgage side of the business for a few years in order to sharpen his knowledge of the lending industry. In 2019 during the downturn Adam and his partners launched Highland Partners Residential Real Estate where he took on the role as Broker with more to give to his agents as well as his clients while they are faced with today’s rapid changes. Due to his training and immersion into the many facets of real estate, Adam is able to offer more knowledge and understanding to each of his clients. And in September, 2021 Highland Partners merged with Corcoran Global Living to expand their brand and network while gaining more tools to better serve their clients.
